'Guiding' Trip 3-20-10

Last weekend my friend Andy and I pooled all our fly gear and took 4 med students fly fishing. We donated the trip as part of a fundraiser for The Lighthouse, which is a free clinic located in Buffalo, NY.

We started on the tribs, and caught lots of suckers.

A fish is a fish, especially if it is your first time!

Moved inland to get the guys into some trout.

Everyone in the group caught fish.

Even Chris...

Beautiful brown trout in low light.

  1. Great series of photos! Everyone looks happy. I think you would make a good guide.

  2. Looks like a great day! Good way to help out a fundraiser! Keep those doctors happy, you never know when you might need one (for an emergency stream side something or other....surgery).

  3. "Even Chris..." Love that! The face, hair, tip of the hat, and the caption captures it all.
