This day was weird. Weather was perfect. Water was just right. Bugs were everywhere... but there was no surface activity. So it goes with late summer Trico fishing... and it was fine with me as I shot macro pics for two hours without stringing up my fly rod.

Sometimes you just need a day to go it alone, and re-focus your efforts on just catching fish, or in this case....taking photos. Great work!
